i need a simple GUI that can help me write the syntax of this tool

i just need it to generate the syntax with arguments that i select and enter in the gui.
and a button that can copy that syntax to clipboard. or if you can let it send that command to cmd directly.
you can write it as a webpage GUI .
it must be written in javascript or autohotkey.
