Send push notification for Phonegap Windows Mobile

Hi,

I have a phone gap project at windows phone. But need to build push notification system for it. I have checked the following link:

But not sure, how to install the plugin using visual studio 2013. I have already written the push notification server side coding and it works fine with native windows phone app.

What you need to do:

1. Create a simple hello world app, which will take the push notification key or whatever is needed from the device and send it to a api by http request. It should be done one time and you need to keep a settings, whether it has send the request at server or not.

2. Push notification handler. How to handle the push notification for windows phone phone gap app?. Will it be like toast?.

3. Complete documentation with screenshots or pdf how to install the plugin in visual studio 2013. I will follow the instruction and will try it. If it works, we are done.
