Convert indicator script from Tradovate JS to NinjaTrader

There is an indicator "True Momentum Oscillator/[login to view URL]" which you can find (and its code) on the Tradovate platform. Your job would be to convert it to NinjaTrader 8. The indicator has got 70 lines of code. The indicator on the NinjaTrader 8 shall be usable in the Stategy Builder. The settings of the indicator shall remain the same as originally.
The final acceptance criterias:
1. The graphics and values will be the same - on the tradovate and ninjatrader - for the same period and for the same timeframes. You will deliver 2 screenshots from those platform as confirmation.
2. You will prepare a Strategy Builder in NinjaTrader 8 showing that the made indicator can be used. Behaviors: red line above the blue line -> place the arrow; difference between blue and red line is less that 1,5 -> place the diamond sign.
