ASP CLASSIC - Execute form from within code

Have a ASP Classic cart system and have need to have a form executed from code. At the end of the recalculation function - we need to activate the coupon apply form to correct the discount with the new amounts.
I assume will need to use Javascript to execute the form - but it needs to activate from within a VB Script code area.
Please do not bid if you think this is ASP net - it is NOT - It is ASP Classic - if you don't know classic - please don't bid.
