I urgently need a Custom OPEN SOURCE Mobile Application that will be integrated with the Joomla community builder : Jomsocial ([url removed, login to view])
I am looking at creating something similar to BBJSOCIAL

The Improvements I will need are:
1. The Application Should be J2ME so It can run on Nokia Phones too
2. A Chatting and Messaging system should be Incorporated so logged in users can chat with their online friends
3. The invite friend feature should be more viral. Users should be able to access their phone book and invite (via SMS) their contacts to join the network. ( I will provide the http api to use for the sms)
3. The Title should be the same with the title of the joomla site. (called fromthe joomla database)
The package should work on any of my joomla installations independently. (All my domains)
Jomsocial is not encrypted and its open source. You may tweak it to fit the project.
The application design should be simple, sleek and web 2.0 compliant. Please use a Technology that will make the application load very very fast.
Timeline: This project is urgent. The App Should be ready in about 3 weeks from now
Budget: If you can do this (and fast), Give me your quotation. I have a shoe string budget.
