Rebuild text animation with inline input

I would like to replicate the text effect demonstrated in the following website "Achieve, aspire and enjoy":

At present this is a flash file which we do not have the source file for. The text within this flash file is also not editable in the CMS that the site is built on.

I therefore would like someone to create a replacement, which could be one of the following:

1. A flash file which passes the text as a variable in the html (inline - NOT in an external file such as XML)

2. An alternative method that uses javascript/css to give the same effect, but can again use the text as a variable in the html. (inline - NOT in an external file such as XML)

The result should allow for text to go onto two lines automatically if required and also allow for a colour change of text. The font can be fixed and similar to the existing.
