Project Manager For a Lead Generation Project

Looking for a talented Project Manager for a long-term cooperation who will help to launch and manage a Lead Generation Project which is the Web Portal offering Affiliate Products on the US market. Main goal of this project is to build an enormously big Email List.
You need to have extensive knowledge of all modern web technologies to manage a freelance team and give a qualified advices for improvement of the project.
You have to be able to responsibly create and manage a team of quality freelancers with manageable costs in mind. This is a remote job although there is an office in Prague, Czech Republic for you to visit if you are interested.
Goal of the project: To be lean, user-friendly & reliable.

Bonus points for being a developer
Workload: 20 hours/week (approximately)
Communication: Skype calls, Basecamp, Slack
