create a user in alibaba for selling products - open to bidding

hello,

i am looking for someone who will help us open account in Alibaba and Aliexpress to sell products.

it means that we need someone who know how to work with alibaba interface, open some website and upload products.

we also can use someone to maintenance the website and help us to be in first position on some keywords.

i am not sure i am asking the right person, i hope i am.
