Need SEO Expert to Gain traffic /Sales ( Region specific )

We are new eCommerce website primarily dealing in Smartphones, tablets accessories in U.A.E , Our target customers are mainly for U.A.E, all gulf countries and then other countries.

NOTE: there are hardly any ecommerce website with our product line in this region so ranking 1 shouldn't be an issue

We want to get top ranking on google's first page for our website for all accessories( cover, cases, screen protectors )for iphone, ipad, samsung phones & tablets sales especially searching from U.A.E & all gulf countries.

Also we will need some advise on future adword campaigns and adsense.
