Facebook Marketing Expert Consultant Needed

I have created a Facebook app designed to:

1. create fans (likes) for the fanpage

2. Encourage social sharing

3. Capture name and emails.

Our market research lead us to a positively reviewed product that we launched two days ago. Unfortunately, its performance on Facebook has been very disappointing.

Our ad campaign through Facebook advertising is giving us a reasonable return with CTR. But once the user gets to the app, only a dismal 2% are clicking like. From our research, we expect this number should be 38%.

I am looking for a Facebook marketing expert that can consult with us to bring our "Like" performance to the industry average. This project will be paid and consider closed when Facebook advertising shows a 38% like rate from ad click to landing page.
