App rejected by Apple. Fix ADS identifier error and re-submit to Apple store.

My app is rejected twice for this error:
We found that your app uses the iOS Advertising Identifier but still does not include ad functionality...(please check the attached file).
My app use Admob only.
I am looking for someone how can really fix and submit the app to Apple store again.
The payment will be done only after that the app is accepted by Apple.
