AngularJS Front End to call a WCF webservice

I have a mall project to consume a WCF service and display messages returned by WCF using AngularJS Front End. Attached is the file to show the WSDL reqeust and response.

Front end only required one field for email id and submit botton.

After user clicks on submit button WCF service needs to be called. Service will return 4 messages and all 4 will be true or false.

for each message we need to show a button or circle in green or red. If message is true turn a box red otherwise green.
