Build an Online Store

A website for a takeaway restaurant including the products and the ability to order online. Also, I need similar functionalities in a mobile app (iPhone and Android at least). The order will be sent to a receipt printer at the restaurant. It should include the mobile number of the customer, their address and number of previous orders. First time customers should enter their info but after that it should be recognized from their mobile number.

Payment is not necessary through the app, could be done on delivery.
