HTML Coders required - Template to HTML file (iOS & Android)

The project requires an HTML coder to convert provided Photoshop design files into a HTML template to be used on an app (iOS and Android).
The successful applicant should possess:
- Experience with Photoshop / Sketch / Illustrator
- Experience creating responsive frontends targeted at mobile devices
- Experience working with LESS, Bower & Gulp
We are looking to commission 2 templates at $25-30 each as a sample (to be completed in the next two days) and if the work is timely and good than we will commission the rest of the work (there is a lot to be done over the coming weeks).
Do not bid if you can only do Web HTML and not mobile development.
Our team is looking to start today/tomorrow.
