convert GWT screen to plain HTML 4.0

There is a screen created from GWT. Doing a "view source" from the client's browser reveals some crazy html/javascript that the GWT produces. (the CSS file is attached)

I need this screen converted to plain, simple, clean HTML 4 (with CSS). NO FUNCTIONALITY NEEDED, just the HTML screen (for design purposes), but it must be traditional HTML (no .mht file!). It must be exactly identical to what is there, no change what-so-ever.
