Automatic Google Photos Sync

Hi Developers,

I am need of a solution that would allow my users / clients to either:

A) Somehow grant me access to their Google Photos.

B) Automatically sync their Google Photos to either my server or an external cloud storage platform.

I need advice on how this should work, if it does to begin with.

My only other option is to create my own platform which would not be ideal.
