The type of website I want is a marketplace, it takes elements from sites like Ebay, a normal E-Commerce site, even a freelance site like [login to view URL] and it's putting them all together. The items are luxury goods we are selling as online e-commerce but also users can sell privately their own as well.
My main thing I want is someone who can do the job - very direct and clear - understands things quickly and has experience working with non technical people.

The budget for this job is anything from $5000 - $8000.
This is not one off, whoever I work with, I will be using for regular work.
