PBX/Phone system design, deployment and ongoing management

Build, design and/or manage new and pre-existing phone systems and PBX deployments. Specifically; Cisco, Fortivoice, Mitel and Nortel Northstar(with CallPilot deployed) phone systems. Configuration, config package development and subsequent deployment. Hardware and software based PBX appliances as well as phones. Interaction with on-site support team and working directly with Sales and support teams. Documentation skills and attention to detail is an absolute must. Bonuses paid out based on successful completion of project and issue resolution. Integration of various analogue and VoIP solutions as well as integration of various hardware components (ie. Fortinet PBX with Mitel handsets and 3X softphones).
