I already have the graphics for my landing page. I need a professional to turn my PSD files into an HTML 5 / JS / Php responsive website Or Even Wordpress. The Landing page needs to have simple transitions, and the contacts page needs to work (users must be able to send their information and I must be able to retrieve it.) I don't want just a static site, there needs to be some animations and transitions on the "Menus" and the "Images". I've attached a link to an image file with "Snag it" notes. Please go through the notes carefully. I'm not a web developer, so if you have any suggestions on transitions, animations for the menus or images please let me know. I'm hoping to work with a freelancer that is a professional, but is also good a anticipating the needs of his clients. Thank you. I've enclosed an image with snag it notes.
