I need some Graphic Design for two billboards

I require two billboards designed, one will be 24' x 12' and the other will be 30' x 12', the two billboards will be same design with the exception that the 24' will say "turn left on 4th street and the 30' will say turn right on 4th street.

These are the details on the billboards:

- Place both the Cameo Ace Hardware Logo and the Cameo Plumbing and Heating Logo and do any necessary graphic design work to make them clear enough to send to the print shop.

- Open 7 days a week

If there is space providing I would like to have up to 6 brand logo's place on the billboards.

The successful bidder must be willing to rework the project multiple times until everything seem perfect.
