I am looking to have a versatile mobile/tab/ipad and in some instances a base application to be built. I want to be able to customize the features by being able to add and remove functionality by using a gui, also to change look. Including the functions below I want to be able to send txt/sms world wide free, with video or pics. in certain instances gps location can be activated, etc. To a point of being a fully functioning texting social, dating, people locator app too. IT MUST BE COMPATIBLE or native ON IOS/DROID/WINPHONE/TABS/IPADS AND MAYBE BB. All graphic design ideas and logos will be the responsibility of the designer. . In the US the police, truckers, firemen etc use the phrase "What is your 20?" indicating a request for location. I need to create an app to accommodate the idea. It is to have all regular functions of a regular navigation application, voice, alternate routes etc. Hope fully I can explain the concept of my needs in a few steps, then bellow I will add a short conversation indicating what technology I would like to use, or any other ideas.
