We are looking for a Drupal expert to create a basic Drupal website. The features are expected to be fairly standard (detailed requirements will be shared with shortlisted candidates.)

1. Listings
a. Listings for sale / rentals – residential, commercial etc displayed
b. Searchable by PIN Code, Location, City, State price range, builder, Categroy (1 Bed, 2 Bed etc), Type (Apartments, VIlals etc), amenities
c. Ability to add/display images multiple, scrollable and videos
d. Ability to display property ratings (1 star to 5 star) based on user feedback
2. Maps – integration with google maps to show location based on pin code or address
a. Ability to show other nearby listed properties on the map
3. Property Details
a. For a particular listing, display images, property details, etc as well as contact / bookmark property
4. Login
a. Customer login (username, password etc)
b. Basic user profiling
c. Save/display preferred properties
5. Search
a. Basic keyword search - PIN Code, Location, City, State price range, builder, Type (1 Bed, 2 Bed etc)

a. Display Facebook likes and like us on Facebook
7. Twitter Module
a. Scrolling twitter displays of tweets with certain hashtags – and hot properties
8. Home page with banner image and multiple images
9. News Section
a. Basic news with headlines, date etc shown with first few sentences and ‘click for more’
10. Careers section
a. Basic content page with career information and how to apply
11. Knowledge section
a. Real Estate reports and industry data section (content, listed with brief description, date etc)
