Design project -- 2

I need a 3D model of something. Need a 3D CAD Model of a Hostel /Building (Picture enclosed) - You can utilize either AutoCAD or SolidWorks to replicate this. I need the final output to render on my Facebook page, Website as well within a PDF document (Brochure).

If we can enable interactivity (PZR) in the rendered format (HTML, PDF) - that will be ideal.

Please bid only if you can explain how you will do this, what tool will be used and whether you can provide interactivity in the final rendered format (HTML, PDF).
