You must be a designer and a developer you must understand what makes a design attractive must be able to work with php design and implement the theme on our exisitng project jquery anything related to what makes a website interactive with user interaction .

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Design, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP and Website Design. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $300-400 CAD. You Must be able to collaborate with our existing developer and complete the task accordingly .
