Build a WordPress website with Astra Theme, Elementor and Toolset

I need a directory website built with Elementor and Toolset.
It will be a directory that will showcase website designs with various categories, sub-categories, tags etc.

Users need to be able to filter by categories, tags, types etc.
Users on the home page can filter by most recent or most popular as well so posts will need to have a voting system. (Preferably - Upvote - Downvote not star rating)
I am looking for a clean and minimalistic design.
It would be great but optional if on the front page archive with the latest posts can have a scrolling effect similar to the attached gif.
The post archive on the front end needs to have the post featured image, a short excerpt and a direct link icon like the attached image.
The single post needs to have the title, website description, visit website button with the link, category, type and tags as well as suggested posts.
This needs to be achieved with a dynamic Elementor single post so that when creating a new post the layout is dynamic.
