Build a Small Website

We need a web site build quickly. Most of the content has been written already, it just need to be formatted, graphics/photos added, and a nice design created.
This should be a very easy job for someone who knows what they're doing.
The web site's objectives are: lead generation and education.
We want a very modern, simple and responsive web site.
VERY IMPORTANT: We want to use Convertri to build this site. We'll provide a Convertri account for the designer to use (no cost to designer). Unless we run into serious trouble trying to build the website, we do not want to use WordPress. DO NOT BID if you want to only build this site in WordPress.
There's less than 5,000 words of content. No photos have been selected yet, so we'll need your help searching for, suggesting, and ultimately adding photo content.
We're thinking about a design like:

Basically, content to the left and right (alternating) of clean, crisp photos.
This site will have a lot of internal linking with sub-headlines.
I'd prefer fixed-rate bids, but if you want to include a maximum number of hours, I'll accept it. Make the total number of hours included extremely clear in the first sentence of your bid.
