I need a very basic page built that I can send to 50 to 100 people I know and they can rate songs. Below is a more detailed description.
Ok so we would need a site that has 12 songs listed. I'm assuming in MP3 format. Each song would need to be able to be rated on a scale of 0-10. 10 being most likely to listen to again. 0 being would not listen to again. Comments on each rating is not necessary. I want the songs to be able to be listened to ON the site. Whatever media player is used needs to be compatible with all devices (pc iOS etc) There doesn't need to be anything fancy in terms of layout. We will just be sending people links so they can listen and rate. It also needs to be anonymous and to state this at the top of the page. We may also have a greeting of some kind. Basically a paragraph that explains why we are doing this and what we wish to achieve from it. We would also like to see how many ratings each song has and an average rating per song but we do not want this visible to the people rating. The listener should be able to change any rating prior to submission. If possible and wouldn't add too much in cost we would like that each person can only submit once, however this is not imperative. We would also like a confirmation sentence stating that the the complete review has been submitted and thanks the person once the submit button has been clicked. The general look of the site should look like this. I would also like to have each person list their 3 favorite bands at the bottom of the page.
