1/ you develop on your own platform
2/ I give you 6 texts (A, B, C, D, E, F), a title and a signature that you will record on your phpMySQL DB
3/ You create an export pdf routine, triggered by buttons in a html ou php page
4/ You create on this html or php page
an introduction and a conclusion
5/ At least, this export will be like these created by wikipedia (check when you need to get a text in pdf on wikipedia with times typography)
6/ create english and french version with date in these languages.
