I need a design for a pre-owned car lot banner in SVG vector format. It needs a short phrase such as 'Quality Pre-owned Vehicles' - although a preference may be given to an original idea for the phrase. There needs to be room for the company logo with a rectangular dimensions of 3:1 (width is 3 x greater than height) - Logo is not included as I do not want it to influence design decisions or colours and do not want it incorporated within the design. Anything else goes.
This will be for an outdoor banner measuring 79inch wide x 27 in ch tall. The intended audience is street traffic driving past so it cannot be overwhelming to the senses and must relay quick and easy message.
