flash map

Hi guys,

i'm looking for a flash map to be made on an area. I have attached the area that i want to this page.

I'd like the same sort of colours as "http://www.s w a n s e a.info/Hotels/" I also want the text 'Ceredigion Accommodation'

I want the areas highlighted on mouse over:

New Quay

Aberystwyth

Cardigan

Tregaron

Aberaeron

Lampeter

Devil's Bridge

Aberporth

Llangrannog

I'd also like the words 'Cardigan Bay' displayed in the same position as the map attached.

I want the areas linked to a website address. The thing is i can't decide if i want to be able to change the links and text via adobe flash project file or if it would be easier to have a text file where which i can change the website address for the highlighted areas + the words 'Ceredigion Accommodation'

Also wondering if i should have some of the main roads on the map like the image attached, please advise
