We have no idea where to start on how to make a business plan so we are going to hire a freelancer :) you must know the fashion industry or have an idea of the business if you are going bid.
Vision is to take used women shoes and repair, customize and resell. The shoes will be like new quality and will have a unique design to that shoe. We will also be selling new shoes from designers as well. I look forward to working with a good freelancer with good skills please read below and place your bid.

MUST have excellent English grammar
Must have done a number of business plans before
Do a costing of service offered and take into account risk factors, research competitors, prices, service etc.
Must be able to show me a few business plans you have done before
Must know all the information We need to provide to you to make a good business plan
Looking for team to be responsible for the business planning (private investors, market analysis, etc.)
Business plan, marketing plan.
Please provide examples of your work and experience as I will respond with additional details.
Require someone with experience in developing a BP so the firm can speak with private investors in order to build capital.
The plan should be short and to the point, include the following items:
• Description of the idea
• Outline of the product / services
• The business model
• Current operational status of your company
• CV / bio’s of your team / founders.
• Basic needs assessment – what you think you need to move to the next step
• Detailed 6 month outlook – liquidity, people, development process etc.
• Sketchy 18 month outlook – where you think the company is heading.
