Creating Table Structures in MS Access (21 Tables)

I have an Export file Layout of 21 Tables. I need someone to spend the time building out the tables given the Export file layouts I will provide.
The layout defines for each table:
1) Filed Name
2) Field Type
3) Max Field Length
4) Comment
I have attached an example layout file for review. Of the 21 tables there are approximately 530 fields in total.
