TIME SENSITIVE: I need someone to scrape the web or lookup via any online resource, preferably with a web scraping program or software, the population of these cities. There are are approximately approximately 1250 that need to be looked up or scraped and dropped in the population column for each city.
VERY IMPORTANT: I NEED THIS PROJECT COMPLETED WITHIN 12 HOURS. SO BY 10 AM LOS ANGELES TOMORROW, CALIFORNIA TIME- (better known as PST or pacific standard time) It will most likely take a script or software for web scraping to accomplish this in this timeline or a team of 4 to do this with manual looking up via google or any other census site. Also, for the cities or abbreviations that have an x in the box next to that city, you dont have to do those and also if you are manually looking them up and nothing comes up, skip it, if its alot that are skipped we will do those after the fact.
Lastly, i need the file sent to me when half completed and when 3/4's completed so we can get started, then the whole file once complete. if you do good work, are on time,, and communicate well, we have more work, plenty more as you can see we are active these days with projects.
If you are writing a script or manually looking up, the script or you can look up the whole "rc/city" name column and the state with it and most of the time that will find the city and its population.
