Simple Wordpress Project

We need to get a simple WordPress site developed. The basic wireframes are already done to assist quick design and development.

The site is designed as a sister site to our main site [url removed, login to view] and should be consistent with regards to the colour scheme

The site will have three types of pages

1. Homepage

2. Content Page

3. Blog Page

Some design guidelines are provided in the word document wire-frames attached to provide an indication of the type of site to be developed. Remember these are for guidance ONLY and should not be copied literally.

There are some items which should behave as follows on the homepage.

1. 468x60 banner should be rotational with up to 4 rotations

2. The Initial link to "Register" should open a form which will take details and pass along in an email

3. Main area where a clip has to be inserted should have have a rotation sequence.

4. The sections on the homepage under "supporters" and "sponsors" should also rotate to display different sponsors and supporters

5. The section at the bottom in Orange is for illustration as a number of footer links may appear in this footer section

6. The headlines from the blog page should appear in one of the six panels on the homepage (under news or something similar)

The site should be lite, quick to load and search friendly.

These are general guidelines and all elements can be discussed prior to confirmation of bid.
