Add the table to MySQL DB and screen

You will add the table(s) to My SQL DB. Attributes should be grouped as SET or GROUP or TEMPLATE (whatever you will name it). Group should have a name given by admin of the site and have 10 attributes. You will provide me the screen with 2 views allowing to: A. Add (Add Attributes currently exists in Zen) 10 attributes (or select them from existing ones) + group name. B. Apply GROUP to items or Categories selected. C. Update Group.
