Create ,pst file from SmarterMail emails

I have a SmarterMail email account. ([url removed, login to view]).. I've tried a dozen different ways to set up the account through Outlook 13 so that I can then create a .pst file of my old emails, because I want to migrate my email to either Workspace email with godaddy, or zoho mail. I cannot get it to work. None of the tutorials will get me into my server at my hosting company, which is [url removed, login to view], and I've tried numerous different variations of the various fields to fill out in Outlook. if someone can do it, that would be great. $50 maximum bid.
