I need help with a salami curing chamber project to monitor air humidity and temperature through an internet app.

I'm thinking the following modules/components the following modules could work but i m open for other suggestions.

Fridge

Humidity sensor

Temperature sensor

Fan (for ventilation)

Air hydrator

Air dehydrator

Lightbulb for heating.

Maybe a nodmcu esp8266 for internet connection

and a web interface och mobile app to monitor time, humidity and temperature.

first all day around should be 85 % humidity and 28-30 degrees Celsius.

next to days 85 % humidity and 22-24 degrees Celsius.

next 27 days 60 % humidity and 8 degrees Celsius.
