5000-6500 Records entry from Online Trans System and Driver Info W/Additional

Use our [url removed, login to view] (you will get access) Data online and update a SS with all info as attached

only first 6 columns in attached SS.

There will be about 1600+/- Patients and about 5000-6500 tickets and actual record lines you need to update all in the SS.

You need to update ticket based on 2 sources: [url removed, login to view] access

and a DropBox Account we have that have all tickets info and their ticket # and Drivers Name.

You need to fill all tickets showing online with no exceptions.

All drivers Data, Ticket #, Claim # , Amount, and Date of Service

not complicated but very detail tedious job

We need in 1 week maximum.

no exceptions.

We create 2 milestone for you and release one when 1/2 work done and rest when you done

Manage a Spreadsheet of all Claims and their Ticket # and find on the Tickets what listed under Driver:

and put the name of driver into ticket?

So the SSS should Look like this

Claim # Patient Name DOS(Date of Service) Bill Amount Ticket # Driver Name

If these claim has multiple DOS under 1 claim then do like this:

Claim # Patient Name DOS(Date of Service) Bill Amount Ticket # Driver Name

ex:43535 John Smith 01/12/2013 $2000 353536 John Dugh

43535 John Smith 01/28/2013 $2200 53636 Mark Julio

** Notice same Claim # for multiple Tickets/DOS which u can see under the claim you process if u see Different DOS

Each DOS has 3 lines usually. So 2 DOS rides will have 6 lines..

So you go to patient visit and can see total for that Ticket on that day and upload the correct ticket to the claim

and Update the SS.

So 1 claim can have multiple entries in SS with same claim #

There about 5000-6600 lines or records in this SS. So be aware of that

it will take you time if you are one person. if you have a team make sure all in Sync and you finish in 1 week all
