Excel planning formula (Saturday=wednesday)

Would like to automate my excel for shipping time.
Taking into account that we have shipping time and that there is no delivery in the weekend and on monday.
Formula has to do something like Friday = Tuesday and Wednesday = Saturday.

I have used Excel and Google Sheetsto set up Formulas. This is a quick project that can be done really easily depending on what you are wanting to achieve. Setting the formula up isn't too much a problem.
