This is a product description for our Amazon page. We are part of the [login to view URL] Exclusives programs (product selected by Amazon for being innovative and sold only on Amazon). This gives us access to a more detailed product page, called A+ page. We are not very happy with what we have so far.
We use plants. This is a food product, we need to follow the FDA regulation and cannot use words like ‘healthy’ as it could be seen as a false claim. It is very important that we do not claim anything but at the same time give the message across.
We are all about transparency. Our product is unique and as you can see with the reviews it really gives energy [login to view URL]
Unfortunately we cannot mention reviews in the product description! Also as we work with plants there is still the odd exception that it does not work so we need to ‘cover ourselves and set expectations to avoid disappointment’. We really care about our customers and this should show in the writing.
The goal: improve/revamp/add/totally change the text (whatever you think will work best) to appeal to customers and increase our conversion rate, highlight our uniqueness and healthy characteristics and set expectations at the same time.
There are 2 parts in the text: product info and company info.
Product info: most of it is ok, we probably can add something to make it appealing. We have 2 flavors, we ran out of the first one ‘dark chocolate & coconut”. The second one, French Roast, is less successful. However people who try it like it. We want to add something about this flavor to make it more appealing to consumers
Company info: The exclusive program is about small companies and people like to read about the background. What we have now is not good and this is the part we absolutely want to improve. It needs to focus more on the company than on the founder/ or it can be twisted differently.
Please ask anything…what you change should not change the overall meaning

We are still working on the images otherwise they would have all been included: missing top banner and 3 images at the bottom (they could help for the text but we are still on it)
