[login to view URL] new forum, requires forum entries & a vBulletin admin

I have created a brand new Forum [login to view URL] now I need :-
** 1) ** someone who knows vBulletin and can show me evidence of that so he or she will be the Webmaster and Admin.
2) Create back links to the website - IN ALL THE RIGHT PLACES
3) Create some entries in the forum in good English to start it off.
4) Drive RSS feeds into the site.
So I would expect you to spend time in Google by searching on 'drone' , 'drones' , UAV , FPV and then looking at the search results and what you can cut and paste into the forum to start it off. I see this as being a long term project for the right person or company. My competitor is R C G R O U P S . com but I want to specialise in Drones and hopefully make DroneForum a popular place for people who are interested in Drones to go and find information or discuss topics.
