Name server connection & managing domain email

Hi - on Friday June 22 I am planning to use wix nameservers to connect my domain which is hosted at [login to view URL] to our wix site. What I want to avoid when I do this is any email disruption for our 100 employees. The settings for our custom domain mailbox (provided by google) are input at [login to view URL] and I am unsure how to make sure they're carried over to wix (if they need to be).
So what I'm looking for is an expert who can be online with me and guide me through this process, making sure that I take all the correct steps.
