create windows 10 DVD restore from HD image partition fabric settings

Hello,
I bought a new computer Toshiba. In previous ones there was Toshiba Utility "Recovery Media Creator" with which create 4 DVD from HD partition in wthich were installed recovery file.
How can I create DVD to inizialize my computer to the original settings?
I have these partitions
1) System EFI 260MB
2) C:
3) WinRE 990MB NTFS
4) HDDRECOVERY 11,82 FAT32
