WGET to store pdfs from websites

I'd like to use wget to do the following and am not sure on how to structure it
1) List of a few hundred websites
2) Check each website for pdfs, save them to a folder that is named something different. More than one website would be directed to the same folder.
a. If the file is already saved according to name, filesize, timestamp, don’t download
b. If a file with the same name is updated, save it but change the name of the old file to include its old timestamp
3) Schedule to run daily.
