Ultrasonic sensor ( using Tinker cad )

I should program a collision detection warning system using ultrasonic sensor. I should write the C code on tinker cad and without using any kind of libraries except :

I cannot use other libraries and i should interface each port by my self and get the distance between the sensor and the object .
