Blockchain SSL verification -- 2

I want to ascertain the possibility of constructing a bitcoin blockchain protocol that would store the IP addess, some kind of SSL cert verification, and domain name.

For example. We would set up a bitcoin address which we would monitor. To which web sites would send their SSL + IP + ExpirationDate + DomainName via a bitcoin transaction or transactions.

We can then use a browser addon to make blockchain queries when websites are visited confirming that the cert IP and domain name are all consistent.

We would publish under some GNU license and I will make the browser addon. We really don't need to use C specifically since we can just use a bitcoin client and the JSON-RPC interface.

I just want someone with low level skills for understanding SSL and the methods to use to verify cryptographic signatures.
