Business Plan & Financial Plan

Hi Freelancers,

I am looking for someone who can create our business and financial plan for our startup which will be presented to potential investors.

Stage 1: Legal

• Ensure that the incorporation of the entity is in an “investor friendly jurisdiction”

• Establishing a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to accommodate “Holding Company” if required

• Ensuring the entity raising funds holds the assets of the company to enhance investor confidence

Stage 2: Business Due Diligence-Investment Proposal

• Investment teaser/Executive Summary

• Industry/market analysis

• Problem being addressed to the TAM/ Solution viability

• Product/service competitive analysis and Business model

• Promoting the unique selling point of the product/service

• Define business strategy for sustainable growth

• Proper description of uses of funds/requirements of funds

• Return on investment and exit opportunities

Stage 3: Financial Model & Valuation

•Forecasted (pro-forma) financial statements (profit/loss, balance sheet and cashflow)

• Detailed input assumptions of revenue and cost that translate into the model

• Perform valuation with different scenarios/suitable valuation technique(s)

• Illustrate IRR, Return on Investment, Break even, Best and Worst case scenarios to facilitate investor decision

• Develop several exit scenarios to demonstrate the exit time of the initial investment
