Deploy docker image to azure edge

Hi, we are using microsoft azure platform. We have created a docker image of ubunutu with a simple running code. We can push to azure registry. And from there we can push to azure stack edge mini to run. But when it is deployed at the azure stack edge mini, we get "backoff" status.
We need help to get it to run without error.
