Audio Editing on Avid Pro Tools

I'm after building a relationship with someone who can be my audio assistant apprentice. I'll teach you everything I know (15 years pro). My roles include Broadcast and Podcast with huge names in Australia and the US. Genres include News, Business, FM Commercial Radio, Classical, Podcast Narrative, Podcast Business.
If you value working with good products in a safe environment (I take the fall) this is for you.

Why Pro Tools? Because we will be swapping sessions as we work.
Early on, the most important job you can do is do natural edits/cuts to conversations - not glamorous work, but if you can't get the basics right, then you're not qualified for the rest.
Fluent English is a must (for the content and for communication) and available to do future tasks within a 24 hour turn around timeline.
This isn't just some job - this is a potential of a regular stream of work and income, and if you do well it'll get better.
Attached is half a random podcast episode (which is already live).
You'll immediately go to the top of the list if you attempt to show your skills on using some or all of this audio.
The main thing I'm looking for is cutting down all the stumbles, ums, ahs, pauses and anything which gets in the way of the flow, but it must sound natural. I will then compare to the original to assess how smooth and how much work you did.
