Audio File Separation

I need an Arabic-speaking person for this job. This is a very simple project that just requires a little time. I have a set of audio files, with the full recitation of the Holy Quran. The total time of these audio files are around 15 hours. Each audio file represents a certain chapter (chapter durations can be between 3 hours and 15 seconds!). Now what I want out of all this, is another set of audio files, with the full recitation of the Holy Quran, but this time each audio file represents a certain page in the Quran, instead of representing a full chapter. Since the Quran is 600 pages (in the popular Medina layout) then at the end, there should be 600 files (each one containing a recitation of one page). The audio set should contain two versions: a low-quality version and a high-quality version. We have a requirements document that we can send to you before we finally accept your bid. We also need this repeated for several audio sets (ofcourse each one with its own price). I need an audio engineer who has some time to do this. ## Deliverables

A set of audio files (around 600) in MP3 format, in 2 different quality formats. We will give you specifications on the bit rate and frequency that we can accept.
